A statement piece for slow cooking and serving. Each Ottoman Bloom casserole is hand-hammered from solid copper by Turkish artisans and finished with cast brass handles and a sculpted brass lid knob in the shape of a vegetable: an aubergine, a head of broccoli or a pepper. It goes from hob to oven to table and looks beautiful at every stage.
