Baking tips

• Lightly butter each mould before lining with pastry
• Let tarts cool for a few minutes before lifting out
• Never heat the moulds empty

Care
Hand wash only and dry thoroughly. Avoid metal utensils and abrasive sponges to protect the tin lining. Copper naturally develops a warm patina with use, which is part of its character. To restore the shine, polish the outside with lemon and salt.

As each piece is handmade, small variations in shape and tin lining are natural and part of its character.
