Grease well with butter and dust with flour, getting into every groove of the pattern
Leave the cake to cool for 10 minutes before turning out
Never heat the mould empty
Care Hand wash only and dry thoroughly. Avoid metal utensils and abrasive sponges to protect the tin lining. Polish the outside with lemon and salt to restore the shine.
As each piece is handmade, small variations in the pattern and tin lining are natural and part of its character.
